Introduction to Aquaponics for Sustainability

For those with little or no background in Aquaponics, this course covers all aspects of successfully using Aquaponics within an urban or small lot setting. A combination of lecture and hands-on methods are used to introduce theory, fundamentals, methods, practice and technologies. Actual ebb and flow and floating raft grow beds maintenance, as well as fish husbandry, water quality, tools, instruments, plant propagation, pest management, resources and use as a business are covered.
