US Military Bases in Okinawa Forum

An international discussion forum for the community on US military bases in Okinawa, with speakers from the U.S. military, Japan and Okinawa governments, academia and local communities. Keynote speakers include Hawai'i Gov. Neil Abercrombie and Lt. Gen. Wallace Gregson, USMC (Ret.), former Asst. Secretary of Defense and Commander of Marine Corps Forces Pacific. In a unique "talk story" workshop format, participants will develop discussion topics for the panelists in small discussion groups. Sponsored by the East-West Center, World Uchinanchu Business Association and Akisamiyo-! Club.

$5 for students, $25 for non-students; cash only. (Bento lunch provided)
