We will apply gentle pressure on acupressure points which influence leg muscles plus influence ki circulating from the head, shoulders, and back. We will locate balancing "source points" for the kidneys, liver, and gall bladder. We will also locate meridians called stomach, spleen, pancreas, and bladder. We will continue to practice Tai Chi.
