ASH - Acupressure for the Neck, Shoulders, and Back (3 of 4)

Applying gentle pressure on Jin Shin acu-points, we will practice Jin Shin sequencess for shoulder tension and circulation of ki through the neck and back. Students have reported release of muscle tension and a sense of well-being. Tai chi complements acupressure.
