ASH - The Acupressure Facial (4 of 4)

We will practice massaging facial acupressure points which are traditionally used for eyestrain, digestion, and rebalancing face muscles. On the scalp, we will apply gentle pressure to Shiatsu points. Also, we will practice Jin Shin acu-points on the face, neck, and shoulders. All is for your self-help. Tai Chi included.
