Presented by Hawaiian Electric Company, the festival offers activities for everyone:

  • Learn from artisans how to make traditional crafts and implements.
  • Attend a special presentation on medicinal plants.
  • Buy native plants and talk to our UH Master Gardeners on Oahu about growing them.
  • Teach your children about conservation, clean energy, and electrical safety.
  • Listen to music by Nāpua Makua and HōkÅ« Zuttermeister.
  • Participate in Makahiki games and activities with prizes.
