GE - Flexibility for Your Back and Neck (3 of 4)

Release tension and increase range of motion in your neck and back by practicing gentle yoga movements. Also, we will gently locate relevant shiatsu points and reflexology points for self-help. Benefit by re-balancing all systems: breath, digestion, circulation, nerves, and muscles. Chi Kung continues.
