GE - Improving Posture with Imagery and Movement (4 of 4)

For greater ease in sitting, standing, and walking we will practice alignment imagery and movements. We will learn Constructive Rest Position imagery plus practical images for non-efforting posture developed by Todd at Columbia University in the 1920s. We will practice Feldenkrais movements plus Chi Kung.
