We will study foods used to maintain a "strong constitution," to build stamina, and to strengthen the immune system. For specifics in "disease prevention" we will study recommendations from the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the Arthritis Foundation, Arthritis: What Works Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing, and books by doctors Steven Sinatra and David Perlmutter. We will practice Chi Kung for strength.
