Please join the Hawaii and Puerto Rico Chapters of the Federal Bar Association, the University of Hawaii and the William S. Richardson School of Law for a presentation by U.S. District Court Judge Gustavo A. Gelpi on the Constitutional Evolution of Overseas U.S. Territories - 1898 to Present.

The lecture will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2013 from Noon - 1:30 p.m. at the Moot Court Room of the Richardson School of Law (2515 Dole St. Honolulu, HI). If parking on campus, be sure to get a ticket at the booth on Lower Campus Rd.

The lecture is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
