Free workshops on technology and today’s digital lifestyle are offered at the fifth annual GEEK DAY @ LEEWARD.
The College offers free hands-on workshops and demonstrations on a variety of digital, mobile and technology topics. The sessions are designed for the general public, with several sessions geared to educators, small businesses and non-profits.
All activities are free and open to the public. Workshops include both Mac and Windows platforms. For the Photography sessions, participants are asked to bring their own camera.
Lunch will be available from several food vendors on site. Lots of great door prizes! GEEK DAY @ LEEWARD is coordinated by Leeward's Digital Media and Computer Science faculty.
The event is FREE! Registration starts at 9:30am in GT 105.
