ASH - Shiatsu for Your Arms, Wrists, and Hands (1 of 4)

Reduce neck tension by gently pressing shiatsu points along arm muscles. Points on the arms, wrists, and hands can alleviate motion sickness, nervous tension, digestion, and circulation. Tai chi exercises aid in circulating chi.
