To celebrate the power of space and place we would love to have you come out and join us as two of the best young writers on the island share their work. Donovan and Kenneth both do a great job of connecting their material to the unique aspects of Hawai’i and in particular the West side of the island of O’ahu. In addition to these two readers we will also be reading an excerpt from Tyler Miranda’s novel Ewa Which Way.
After the reading we will have some time for questions and discussion of how place works in creative writing.
Basic refreshments will be provided (dry snacks and water)
