UHWO present E Ola Kakou, a week-long promotion and awareness of wellness and healthy living. Community resources and agencies as well as on-campus resources will be available to share information on living and being well. Everyday will have a new focus and feature. Join us everyday in the Campus Courtyard. Come by for a tasty treat!

Make It Count Monday | Sept 15 - Learn about the areas of wellness, meet the university nurse and the counseling services team, and participate in the E Ola photo campaign

Talk Sex Tuesday | Sept 16 - What is Title 9? Learn about university's commitment towards safety. Education of reproductive and sexual health and awareness of sexual assault.

Werk Out Wednesday | Sept 17 - Exhibitors from community agencies and businesses to promote wellness and healthy living. Exhibitors include: UFC Waikele, Kroc Center, CrossFit West O'ahu, Queen's West, Wai'anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, Kapolei Health Care Center and Walk-in Clinic, Hawaii Health Connector, Office of Elections and many more. ImWest will host a Field Day - Open Recreational Play (2pm-5pm) on the Lawn and behind Library as well as Zumba w/ Nolan at The Loft, 2nd floor campus center outside of Student Lounge at 3pm and 4:30pm.

Think About It Thursday | Sept 18 - Quick, express sessions on Budgeting, Choosing A Bank and Financial Health to get you to think about your finances and financial aid concerns. Career exploration sessions available as well. All sessions in the campus courtyard.

Feature Forward Friday | Sept 19 - Workshop on Mobile App Development Toolbox: Planning is Part of Success, 10am-11am, is available to all students. There are numerous tools, software applications, websites, and blogs out there that can make your transition easier than ever. This workshop will give you a glimpse into some of the tools and how to use them to succeed in the exciting field of Creative Media.
