Topic: " The Environmental Services and International Experiences & Traversing the Geek: Money Interface "

Speaker: Mr. Ned Murphy FRGS

The first part of this seminar will examine the basic types of environmental management projects both domestically and international, general concepts in corporate social responsibility from a waste management point of view, developing international markets, and a few words about managing jetlag.

The second part Mr. Ned Murphy, FRGS will discuss his viewpoint as a consulting scientist, the often challenging interaction between technical producers and various components of management within companies and in client or team member

About the Speaker:

Mr. Ned Murphy is the Principal of Central Planet Repair, LLC which is an environmental and geosciences consulting firm with offices in Hawaii and Singapore. He has twenty five years of experience in environmental consulting at large and small firms including his own. He received his MS in Oceanography from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and BS in Geological Sciences from Salem State College. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
