Pickles and Fermented Foods

Learn how to make easy, quick and flavorful fermented foods to have as side dishes, and to use your home grown garden vegetables. Alyssa will showcase a ruby kraut made with beets, carrots and red cabbage, a cucumber ume pickle, kim chi, Vietnamese Bahn Mi and a seed cheese. Instructor: Alyssa Moreau. Class fee: $25. Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required.
