College Student Mental Health & Wellness Luncheon

April 12, 11:30am - 1:00pm
Mānoa Campus, 2465 Campus Road, Campus Center Ballroom

The Associated Students of the University of Hawaii at Manoa (ASUH) and Counseling and Student Development Center (CSDC) would like to invite all full-time undergraduate students to our College Mental Health and Wellness Luncheon.

The purpose of this informal luncheon is to gather undergraduate students together to discuss and raise awareness of mental health among college students and to promote mental health wellness tips, resources, and other information relevant to students. This event also features a Keynote Speech by Senator Stanley Chang, who will speak about the importance of college student mental health and inspire attendees to take action on addressing these issues. We will also have CSDC counselors there to facilitate roundtable informal discussions about mental health and wellness, including finding early warning signs of mental health issues and how to best be proactive in making a difference in not only yourself, but for your peers who may be able to utilize services such as the CSDC.

Registration begins at 11:30am with formal program at 12:00pm and free lunch with be provided for undergraduate students along with giveaways.
