Bring your instrument, and enjoy nahenahe music and singing with Mailani Makainai on Thursday, April 20 from 2-4 p.m. in the UH West OÊ»ahu Campus Center Room C-225. HoÊ»okani Kulanui is hosted by NÄ HokÅ« Hanohano Award Winner and UHWO Hawaiian Ensemble Instructor Kamuela Kimokeo. All students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to sing and play along with an instrument of choice during this epic jam session. HoÊ»okani Kulanui is sponsored by the UH West OÊ»ahu PIKO Project which is funded by a U.S. Department of Education Title III grant, and the UH West OÊ»ahu Humanities Division | Music program.
