This course focuses on providing you with the information to add value and succeed in project-based work by focusing on the definition and understanding of the role of the business analysis on project-based work to deliver successful change initiatives. A course designed for project managers, business analysts, technology managers, solution architects and any person involved in change efforts in technology industries and beyond provides the structure and approach to defining the role of the business analysis, its relationship to the project manager and how to even approach projects when you have to fill both roles with the same person all while delivering successful projects.
