Join us for an illustrated talk on lighting design and making careful design choices with Brian S. Shevelenko, UH Mānoa Assistant Professor of Theatre (Director of Design, Lighting, Sound, Projections, and Special Effects). In celebration of the EWC Gallery’s new lighting system, supported by the McInerny Foundation. This event will be held in connection with the exhibition "Irresistible Resist: The Art of Indian Dyes and Design," on view October 29, 2017 – February 11, 2018 in the East-West Center Gallery. This event is free and open to the public. Parking is usually free and ample on Sundays. Seating is general; first-come, first-served.
