Food Vault Hawai'i Food & Toiletry DriveJuly 23, 2018 - August 31, 2018

In preparation for our opening, we are doing a food and toiletry drive from Monday, July 23 through Friday, August 31, 2018 and humbly ask for your support in stocking the pantry.
Non-perishable food and toiletry items will be accepted at the SLD Office in Campus Center 208, M-F, 8am-4:30pm.
Suggested items are:
*Canned meats (spam, tuna, chicken, salmon, corned beef, vienna sausage),
*Canned meals (stew, spaghetti, chili. chowder),
*Canned soups (chicken noodle soup, vegetable broth, chicken broth, bone broth),
*Small packaged pasta (spinach, wheat, etc),
*Tomato sauce, meat sauces,
*2-5 pound bags of rice,
*Cup noodles/instant noodles/saimin,
*Mac n Cheese (read to make),
*Jelly, jam, honey,
*Mini boxes of cereal,
*Nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc),
*Toiletries (individually wrapped toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, deodorant, pads, tampons)
We ask that you please check expiration dates on the items. Since we are opening in September, items should be dated in 2019 or later. However we will accept items dated in late fall semester 2018 (November, December).
Monetary donations WILL NOT be accepted at this time. In addition, we will not provide tax deductible donation letters at this time. However, we do have a THANK YOU for supporters who make a donation.
The first 200 supporters who donate 5 items for the pantry will receive a reusable FVH Supporter shopping bag. The first 40 supporters who donate 25 items for the pantry will receive a limited edition FVH Supporter cotton yacht tote.
