"There is Something Funny About Climate Change"

March 15, 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Mānoa Campus, iLab

In this lively stand-up show Peterson shares creative and oddball approaches to the world’s biggest problem. He skillfully transitions into multiple characters and seamlessly draws the connections between climate change, human rights, history, oh and coffee. Hilarious, thoughtful, and full of hope, Peterson models fresh approaches in communicating climate change. Peterson Toscano, the inaugural Climate Change Communication and Inclusion resident scholar, is the host of "Citizen's Climate Radio" and "Climate Stew". Peterson takes a disarming approach to the serious worlds of gender, religion, and privilege in the climate change movement through one-person comedies and lively performance-lectures.
