Dr. Wuʻs presentation will explore how innovation is a means to drive change. What are key questions we need to be asking? What expectations are realistic? Of the many approaches to innovation, how do we figure out which ones are suitable for our needs? What resources will we need? How do we nurture the innovative spirit, especially in teams?
