Entrepreneurship Live with Cindy Wu

February 7, 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Mānoa Campus, 2404 Maile Way

Cindy Wu is the co-founder of Experiment, a crowdsourcing platform for scientific research. Cindy has been featured on Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and has received recognition from Bill Gates because of Experiment’s potential to be a “solution to close the gap for potentially promising but unfunded projects.” Experiment has funded nearly 1,000 projects, has over 47,000 backers, and has cumulative pledge totals equaling over $8,000,000. The Entrepreneurship Live speaker series invites founders and company executives to campus to discuss their entrepreneurial journey with University of Hawaii students. Each event features individuals who educate and inspire students by sharing their real-world challenges and triumphs, and range of emotional experiences in forging a startup.
