The It Factor Competition: Final Round

An event to challenge your job readiness skills and earn the chance to win a prize!

The competition, hosted during this year’s UHCC Virtual Career Fair, has two rounds. In the first round, students will submit a LinkedIn profile before September 15. The top 15 student profiles move on to the second (final) round. In this final round, students provide a live elevator speech in front of judges from various industries.
