March 20, 9:45am - 11:45amWindward Campus, Hale Kuhina 115
Shoulder and neck tension can be reduced by gently pressing shiatsu points along arm muscles. Points on the arms, wrists, and hands also related to motion sickness, nervous tension, digestion, and circulation. Many students feel this self-help routine is so worthwhile they include it in their daily health program. Tai chi exercises help circulate the chi.
