Host your event in our spacious parquet-floored Ballroom that seats an audience of up to 562, a banquet arrangement for 350, or various other set-ups. The Ballroom is 6,240 square feet and can be divided in to sections if you only want to use part of the room.  Consider hosting your next lecture, reception, live music performance, birthday party, or wedding reception at our Ballroom!

The Ballroom rental rates include:

  • Stage 10'x38' (in section A only)*

  • House sound system with 2 handheld wireless microphones**

  • 1 telephone/data jack

  • 1 standard podium

  • 6 palms* (if requested)

  • Staff to set-up tables/chairs/AV equipment

  • Other equipment may be available for a rental fee.

*Fees apply if additional palms or risers are needed.
**Any live music performance will require a sound system set-up, which will include additional fees for equipment rental and on-site technician.
