01/27/16 - CCMES is offering its Summer Special again this year from June 1 - August 20, 2016.  The special is good for Category 7 users (private individuals) planning a Ballroom for event for a graduation party, birthday party, family reunion, etc.  Click on flyer for more information.

01/15/16 - CCMES is once again teaming up with UH Manoa's Conference and Event Services and Conference Housing and hosting a Conference and Event Planning 101 workshop.

Ballroom

A spacious parquet-floored Ballroom that seats an audience of up to 562, a banquet arrangement for 350, or various other types of set-ups.

A great selection of meeting and lecture rooms, and banquet facilities that can accommodate from 5 to 100 persons.

Courtyard

Two courtyards available for public speeches, career fairs, and other gatherings in an informal outdoor environment.

Table Reservations and Open Market Vendor

Table space is available for groups to reserve space to pass out information about their group or event. Vendors can also look into becoming an open market vendor at Campus Center.

Equipment may be rented for use in areas on campus outside of campus Campus Center and Hemenway Hall. Inquire for more details!
