Passport Application Processing

The Campus Center Ticket, Information & ID Office accepts passport applications for passport book and passport card processing. Applications are available from the Campus Center Ticket, Information & ID Office or by visiting the links provided below. New, lost, renewal, mail-in, or child passport services are available at the Campus Center. No Appointment Necessary. First Come, First Served.

Passport Fee Payment Information

1. Passport Book and Passport Card Fees - Payment for passport fees need to be paid by check or money order (made out to U.S. Department of State).
   
2. Execution Free ($25) is payable by CASH or CHARGE.

*Please be sure to have a check/money order for the Passport Fee AND cash or credit card for Execution Fee. Please see payment specifications below for payment breakdown.

Passport Photos

The Campus Center Ticket, Information & ID Office is equipped to take color passport photos for passport application processing. You may either process your application here at our office or take the photos with you for processing on a future date. The following are the fees for our passport photo service:

• $5.00 (Manoa Students w/ validated ID)
• $8.00 (All others)
