interested students/alumni and schedule interview times on the day of your
       request.  Early reservations are recommended.

Informational Session

Career Services can arrange for you to hold an informational meeting where you
will be able to share information about your organization, employment
opportunities, training, benefits, and other information.  These meetings can be
arranged independent of, or in conjunction with On-Campus Interviews.

Open Forums

If you are looking to gain high visibility, schedule to hold an Open Forum in the
lively, informal area known as the Campus Center Mall.  We will arrange to have
a table and chairs set up for you to place your display and have open discussions
       with students.

Advertising Your Event

Career Services publicizes your on-campus events via our
Employer Recruitment Schedule.  This schedule is updated on a weekly basis
and is posted throughout the UHM campus as well as on our website.

In addition to promoting your event through our Employer Recruitment Schedule,
there are other venues for you to advertise your organization and on-campus
events.  The UHM newspaper, Ka Leo O Hawai’i - http://www.kaleo.org/ is
circulated daily during the academic year.  The Ka Leo can be used to inform
students of upcoming recruitment visits, informational meetings, and participation
in career day events.  For more information on advertising with the Ka Leo,
please call their Advertising Department at (808) 956-8238.

Meeting with Faculty
