Basics of Home Brewing

In this introductory workshop, learn the basics techniques for brewing hand-crafted ales in the comfort of your own home. Topics covered include brewing, fermentation, sanitization, bottling and the history of beer brewing in America. If you've ever thought about trying to make your own beer, here's the perfect opportunity!

Additional $5-$11 lab fee required for necessary brewing ingredients, payable to the instructor.
