BACKGROUND
Mahina is the CCRT Wildife Technician for the PIFWER project and she is charged with the field operations and maintenance associated with all wild lands and wildlife resources on the island of Oahu. Mahina has worked with everything from invasive weeds to endangered waterbirds. She is amazingly diverse in her capabilities in the field, and feels a deep commitment to help preserve Hawaii’s natural resources.
