BACKGROUND With more than 18 years of IT and Data Management experience, Roy has been with HBMP since 1988. Roy started his career with HBMP as a Data Technician Intern while obtaining his bachelors degree and has since filled several other positions including Acting Director, Office Manager and Systems Administrator. As Database Manager, Roy is responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of HBMP's database of over 1200 rare species and natural communities in over 15,000 locations, as well as overseeing the office internal computer network. Roy also assists many other agencies across the state with database development and management.
