Chamorro filmmaker Alex Muñoz's film "Matto I Saina-Ta
As Hurao" will premier in the upcoming VC FilmFest in Los
Angeles on May 7th and at the Pasefika Film Fest in NY on May
19th.
The film is about a powerful Chamorro Chief HURAO who returns
to modern day Guam (Guahan) only to mourn the breakdown of
traditional Chamorro society.

Delegate Bill that would provide the NMI with a non-voting
delegate to the United States Congress as well as his quest
