your interest in the University of Hawai’i at Manoa Children’s
Center. To apply for a space on the waiting list, please do
the following:
1. Fill out and return the Application for Services and pay
the non-refundable application fee of $25.00. Your application
will be placed on our waiting list.
2. Call (808) 956-7963 to schedule a school visit. If you have
disability-related needs, please inform us when you call so
that we can arrange appropriate accommodations to best serve
you.
Make your check and money order out to the University of Hawai’i
and sent to:

While it is difficult to predict a specific date that your child
will be offered a space, your calls to check on your child’s
wait list status are welcomed. We also look forward to answering
any questions you may have about the basic operations or curriculum.
