Utsushi: The Art of Copying symposium was held on Tuesday 10/12 at a variety of locations across campus. The event offered twelve papers spread over three panels that brought together scholars from a range of disciplinary backgrounds and areas of expertise. Presenters included Dr. Joshua Mostow of the University of British Columbia, Princess Akiko of Mikasa from Ritsumeikan University, and Dr. Arata Shimao of Tama Art University.
