JMS Sericulture

Interested in purchasing silkworms for textile art? Please contact Max Shiroma of JMS Sericulture in Mt. View, Hawai’i at m.shiroma@juno.com.  JMS Sericulture is a small, part-time, family owned, backyard business located on the Big Island of Hawaii. The silkworms they raise are of the Bombx mori species. Currently, the silkworms are mainly used as feeders for pet reptiles, fish, and birds. They are also very popular in schools as science projects.
