STUDENT RESEARCH PROJECT (BIOM 594)
""

The Student Research Project is designed to provide a brief overview of research principles as they apply to medicine and to provide an opportunity for a research experience for first year medical students (MS1).

Nine weeks between Units 3 and 4 are set aside for completion of a short research experience. Evaluation is based on an assessment of student performance by a research mentor.

If your research is accepted for presenation at a national meeting, the Dean's Travel Fund can help with expenses. Submit the completed form to the Office of Student Affairs. (click here for form).
