Reporting Tools

TDP has created a series of reports for COE department chairs, Deans and Directors. These reports can be accessed from a Web browser and include:

• Class Registration lists by semester
• Course Offerings by semester
• Enrollments in COE programs
• Graduate Program Application Status
• Graduation status of COE students by semester
• Degrees and majors awarded by semester

Instructions for use of these tools are contained in this document.

Note that a project is underway in 2005-2006 to implement a comprehensive COE database system called TK20. TK20’s reporting tools will soon offer the same reports in addition to a multitude of additional reports.
