Online Technology (Software) Mentoring Support
The technology mentoring group of the Office of Technology & Distance Programs (TDP) is offering virtual office hours for online technology (software) mentoring support.
For the Fall 2007 semester, we are offering virtual office hours using the Elluminate Live! web conferencing system:
Mondays to Fridays
11:00am - 4:00pm
Using Elluminate Live!, we can take control of your desktop remotely to help troubleshoot your software problems or show you how to use features of a software that you are unfamiliar with. Generally, our virtual technology mentors will be able to provide you assistance with COE and ITS-supported software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), WebCT, Ellimunate Live!, Respondus, Impatica, among others.
To utilize our online technology mentoring support using Elluminate Live!, your computer should be equipped with a microphone and speakers (preferably a headset with attached microphone). To speak to a "live" technology mentor from the comfort of your office or home during our virtual office hours, simply clicking on the following link:

You need to enter your name (as you would like to be addressed) to log into the TDP virtual office, click on the "Raise Hand" button and a technology mentor will be with you shortly.
