PRAXIS™

Welcome to the website for the PRAXIS Online Preparation Programs (POPP)!

POPP is an online program designed to help students and future or current teachers prepare for a variety of PRAXIS tests offered by the Educational Testing Services or ETS.  There are three types of POPP offerings: 1) PRAXIS I: Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST), 2) PRAXIS II: Mathematics Content, and 3) PRAXIS II: General Science.  POPP focuses on the content and the concepts of the materials and does not offer sample test questions.  Students can work through online tutorials that are interactive, have an audio track to reinforce learning and are designed to build knowledge progressively. 

POPP’s PRAXIS I: PPST has a diagnostic pre-test for the Math, Reading, and Writing components that automatically scores results and recommends a path of tutorials for the student to use.  Hundreds of tutorials exist in the three components and students have access to them all for the duration of the program.  For the two PRAXIS II programs in Math and Science, there is no diagnostic pre-test and we recommend that the student uses POPP in combination with the ETS Study Guide.”
