The College of Education Portal is a set of intranet services exclusively for COE faculty, staff, and sponsored guests. Services available include technical support requests and monitoring, COE News, Online surveys, and user directory. Calendaring and Group file sharing are currently in testing phase.
Resource Scheduler // Go to Resource Scheduler
The Resource Scheduler tracks all the classrooms and conference rooms in the College of Education as well as all the available equipment offered through the CRC equipment pool and temporary visitor parking passes. If you wish to reserve a room, check out a piece of equipment or reserve a visitor parking pass, go to the Resource Scheduler website.
All room reservations must be approved by the Dean's Office, ext. x63911.
All CRC equipment reservations must be made through the CRC office—ext. x63934

COE Personnel Database // Go to SURGE
The Faculty Productivity Database is where all faculty and staff enter their accomplishments throughout the year. Gathering this information in an accurate and timely fashion is vital to the College for reporting purposes as well as to recognize each accomplishment as it occurs.
The COE Faculty Database has been moved to SURGE (System Utility for Research and Graduate Education) managed by the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education.
