On October 1, 2006 the COE-L mail list was changed as follows:

COE-L members are drawn once each month from Human Resources Peoplesoft database. If you feel your membership is incorrect, you need to check via your departmental secretary about your employment affiliation with College of Education. Correcting this affiliation is the only way to change your COE-L inclusion.

COE-ETC is a mail list for all NON-business communications in the COE community. This is the appropriate venue for housing requests, for-sale ads, and other communications your colleagues might be interested in. This mail list is optional, you can UN-subscribe by changing your preference in the faculty/staff database: http://wwwdev.hawaii.edu/surge/ (click the icon to edit your name and personal information - uncheck the box for optional mail list) You will be removed at the next update and thereafter.

Anyone NOT on these lists is disallowed from posting to them.
