Our candidates come from a diverse range of backgrounds, and their personal and professional accomplishments enrich the doctoral experience and the COE community. Our students receive distinguished academic preparation for professional practice and research in education by faculty who are highly qualified individuals and well-respected scholars in their fields.

We offer you a choice of either the Doctor of Philosophy in Education degree (with a choice from five specialization areas: Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration, Educational Foundations, Special Education, and Educational Policy Studies) or the Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology.
