Vince Reyes is the lead instructor and program officer for the Inetnon Gef Pa'go Cultural Heritage Program on Guam and is also a middle school cultural dance/art teacher. Mr Reyes has successfully implemented the first cultural arts program at his school, which has achieved a notable reputation in Chamorro dance, winning numerous island-wide dance competitions. He was also awarded the 2003 Traditional Teacher of the Year by the Guam Humanities Council and has traveled to showcase Guam's culture at numerous venues throughout the Pacific and Asia.
