The Asia Collection's holdings of Philippine
publications is among the largest in the United States. The extensive collection on the
Philippines includes books, periodicals,
newspapers, government documents, microforms, electronic resources, and audio-visual materials.
The collection, which is strong on the contemporary period, acquires materials published in
the Philippines, the U.S., Japan, Europe and elsewhere. To locate these resources search the
Hawaii Voyager Library Catalog, which
is available from the Library's homepage. The Center for Philippine Studies has compiled lists
of videos for the Philippines/Filipinos, which are stored at the
Wong Audio Visual Center
along with those on different countries of Asia.
