Register for Professional Development Courses

Registration Procedures

 

01. Select the course(s) you would like to take. (view schedule)

02. Complete the pdf CRDG Course Registration Form.

03. Mail, fax, or email the completed form (and course fee payment if required) to CRDG MaPS office. See Contact Information below.

04. Within a few weeks, you will receive a packet confirming your registration and explaining how to Register for UH Credit.

 

NOTE: For courses that offer UH credit, credit registration is required. You will be charged a separate, non-refundable credit registration fee.

 

Withdrawal Policy

 

If you withdraw from a course:

  • Six (6) weeks or longer before the first day of the course.
    Participant may be refunded their course fee without penalty.
  • Less than six (6) weeks before the first day of the course.
    Participant may be refunded their course fee, less
    - a $30.00 administrative fee
  • Ten (10) working days or less before the first day of the course.
    No Refunds.
