WeĠre looking for graduate students who can meet regularly during the Fall and Spring semesters to review papers, edit and prepare the next issue of Explorations. No previous editing is required, and we welcome students from all disciplines who have an interest to Southeast Asia.
We have recently expanded the range of our content to include reviews of new books, films, exhibits, as well as original translations, photo essays, essays on field research, and reviews of new research tools and resources. The journal is published electronically and in hard copy, and is distributed to major Southeast Asian studies centers and libraries both in the US and abroad. Explorations is supported by the Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), the Southeast Asian Studies Student Association (SEASSA) and the at the University of HawaiĠi Manoa and the Student Activities and Program Fee Board (SAPFB) at the University of HawaiĠi.
