The KOKUA Program provides various access services to UHM students with documented disabilities. Services include academic advising/counseling, faculty liaison, priority registration, sign language interpreting, testing accommodations, transcription, tutoring, etc. Disabled students are not charged for these services. Creating equal access is a shared responsibility involving the student, KOKUA and the campus at large.
