2) How much is shipping?
Domestic (within the U.S.) is $3. International shipping will cost $10.
 

3) When will I receive my tape?
Please allow 6-8 weeks after the graduation ceremony for delivery.
 

4) Can I pick up the tape myself and waive the shipping fee?
Yes, graduation order tapes may be picked up in person on the University of Hawai'i at Manoa campus at Building 37 .  Please indicate on the order form that you are opting to pick up the video in person and will not pay the shipping fee.
 

5) Is the tape available in PAL format?
No. The VHS tapes and DVDs are recorded only in NTSC Region 1 format.
 

6) When is the deadline to order?
Deadline to order graduation tapes is typically two weeks after the graduation ceremony or at the end of that same month.

Deadline to order graduation VHS tapes and DVDs for the Spring 2008 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony is June 2, 2008.

Note: Summer Commencement VHS tapes and DVDs include both the undergraduate and Advanced Degree ceremonies. Fall 2003 - 2007 have both Undergraduate and Advanced Degree ceremonies packaged and sold separately.
 

7) Can I order tapes from past graduations?
Yes, graduation VHS tapes are available from Spring 2000 onward.  Graduation DVDs are available from Summer 2002 onward.  There are no VHS tapes previous to Spring 2000 Commencement available for sale.  Likewise there are no DVDs available prior to Summer 2002.
There is an extra $5.00 charge (per item) added when ordering graduation tapes and DVDs of previous semesters.

8) Are both Undergraduate and Advanced Degree (graduate) ceremonies included on the tape?
Spring commencement ceremonies videos and DVDs only include the Undergraduate ceremonies.  Summer commencements include both the Undergraduate and Advanced Degree ceremonies. Fall 2003 - 2007 have Undergraduate and Advanced Degree ceremonies packaged and sold separately.


9) Am I guaranteed to be in the video?
While we make every effort to capture each graduate receiving their diploma, we cannot make any guarantees that you will be in the commencement video.
